Some days I feel like I'm 80 yrs old! All the aches and pains from the torture I put my body through can start to really get annoying. I've been running more with all this nice weather we've had and it's taking a toll on my hips...like it always does.
I knew that I should lay off of anything that would incorporate my hips a lot so I just opted for an "upper body" day and nixed my plans for cardio. It wasn't very fun, but I still worked pretty hard.
